Your hygienist clears the buildup from each tooth and along the gumline, then polishes and flosses. After that our dentist looks over your teeth, gums, and bite, and takes X-rays when they are due.
When to come in
Most people come twice a year. If it has been longer than that, come in anyway. Nobody here is going to make you feel bad about the gap.
Book the first slot on a Wednesday or Thursday and you are done before most offices open.
